Refund Policy
This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, refunds, and changes to workshops and events booked through Stourport Craft Corner.
By booking a workshop or event with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Workshop & Event Bookings
All workshops and events must be booked in advance via our website. Spaces are limited and often prepared specifically for each attendee, including materials and staffing.
2. Customer Cancellations
Cancellations More Than 7 Days Before the Event
If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the scheduled event date, you are entitled to:
• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer your booking to a future workshop (subject to availability)
Cancellations Within 7 Days of the Event
If you cancel within 7 days of the event:
• We are unable to offer a refund
• You may transfer your place to another person (please let us know their name in advance)
This is because materials, staffing, and preparation will already have been arranged.
Non-Attendance
If you do not attend the workshop or event and have not contacted us in advance, no refund or transfer will be offered.
3. If We Need to Cancel or Reschedule
In the unlikely event that Stourport Craft Corner needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop or event (for example, due to low numbers, illness, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered:
• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer your booking to a future date
We will always aim to give as much notice as possible.
4. Changes to Events
We reserve the right to make minor changes to workshops or events where necessary (such as tutor substitution or small timing adjustments). These changes will not normally qualify for a refund.
5. Gifted & Transferred Bookings
• Bookings can be gifted or transferred to another person
• Please inform us of any name changes before the event
6. How to Cancel
To cancel or request a transfer, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email, quoting your booking details.
