These Terms & Conditions apply to all workshops, events, and purchases made through the Stourport Craft Corner website. By booking or purchasing with us, you agree to these terms.

 

1. About Us

Stourport Craft Corner is a creative workshop and events business based in Stourport-on-Severn, United Kingdom.

 

2. Bookings & Payments

• All workshops and events must be booked in advance through our website

• Payments are processed securely via Wix

• Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you receive a confirmation email

Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in GBP (£)

• Prices include materials unless stated otherwise

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, refunds, and transfers are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Please ensure you read this before booking.

 

5. Attendance & Participation

• Workshops are suitable for beginners unless otherwise stated

• Participants attend at their own risk

• We ask that attendees follow all instructions given during workshops to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone

Stourport Craft Corner reserves the right to refuse participation or ask someone to leave if behaviour is disruptive or unsafe. No refund will be given in these circumstances.

 

6. Health & Safety

• Some workshops may involve tools, paints, or materials that could cause minor injury if misused

• By attending, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your own safety

• Please inform us in advance of any relevant allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs

 

7. Alcohol

Some workshops may include alcohol (e.g. Prosecco).

• Alcohol is only available to attendees aged 18 or over

• Non-alcoholic alternatives are always available

• We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service where appropriate

• We adopt the 25 Challenge 

 

8. Photography & Marketing

We may take photographs or short videos during workshops for promotional purposes (e.g. social media or website).

If you do not wish to appear in photographs or videos, please let a member of staff know at the start of the session.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All workshop content, instructions, and materials provided by Stourport Craft Corner are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

 

10. Personal Belongings

Stourport Craft Corner cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to workshops or events.

 

11. Changes to Workshops

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to workshop content, tutors, timings, or materials where necessary. These changes do not usually qualify for a refund.

 

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stourport Craft Corner will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from attendance at a workshop or event, except where caused by our negligence.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
